Good company but not for young employees.

Good benefits and ability to move within the company. Tuition reimbursement is fair. This is a good first job especially for interns.

Cons

Company culture is stiff and corporate. Not much opportunity to move up unless you leave your department. No paid maternity leave. HR does not care about complaints against management.
