Pros

Pay is above average for some of the evansville businesses. Medical benefits are excellent.

Cons

Long hours, little rewards, and a very aggressive type environment. A lot of horseplay. Low on professionalism. Backstabbing, dog eat dog environment. Don't get many holidays off.

Pros

I made decent money at the factory.

Cons

Supervisors treat you like pawns. A friend of mine worked there for 5 years and had a horrible accident at work. He was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and didn't get so much as a phone call from his superiors.
