Pros

Family owned and operated Employees in upper management seem to have a great open door policy regarding any concerns, opinions, or needs within your territory.

Cons

Merchandisers are capped at 27 hours a week no matter how many hours are worked. Like any other company in the grocery business they have their problems, but week after week it seems to be the same minor store level issues that could easily be resolved.

Pros

Provides a great deal of freedom. Work a great deal of time on your own with little to no supervision. Pay is excellent for part time position.

Cons

Some employees take advantage of little supervision making the job harder for others than it should be.
