No pros after very hard work and very little recognition I recommend working for any other company
Cons
-long hours -working in summer heat outside all day -working winter cold outside all day -terrible management -no support from corporate regarding management abuse of power -unless you are a family member of someone in management dont expect that your hard work and ambition will get you anywhere in this company
