Pros

Aircraft are very well maintained. You will build lots of time as a full-time instructor. Other coworkers are very great to work with.

Cons

Pay and schedule can be much better. Full time employees work 6 days a week (monday-saturday) and shifts can be 10 hours or more if the weather is good. Pay is only $30k a year. Considering our long work weeks and hours, the pay should be much better.

Nice airplanes, lots of students, rental discounts, free masters for full time.

Cons

Part time is $20 an hour, full time is 30k per year. An extreme amount of drama, not enough airplanes, short flights.
