      Amazing staff Top notch care Attention to families desires and needs Thorough assessments conducted regularly Positive atmosphere that allowed patients to thrive and enjoy there time in the facility

      None. Incredible environment. Many residents are at the final stages of life, which can be difficult for some employees, but this facility is so positive and uplifting that it makes the difficult time just a little more comfortable for everyone involved.

      Normal business hours - didn't expect employees to work beyond normal schedule

      Cons

      Two groups of people - Group 1 = those that have been there forever and know nothing else and Group 2 = those that leave after a short stay because of frustration with Group 1. First time I worked for a government entity and now know why private sector people make fun of government workers. Group 1 is stuck in the past, has no desire to change and have zero motivation to better things. Required contributions to state of SC Pension Plan will drain you - but you get to support those in Group 1!
