      I love this hospital and the way they are for their employees. It’s a great place to work.

      LexMed seems like one big family. The people in my department were wonderful and walking the halls you always found friendly faces and helping hands. I can't say enough great things about LexMed.

      My unit offered multiple shifts of varied lengths and they worked around my class schedule. The staff were all very supportive and helpful

      Cons

      At times, my manager could be difficult to get a hold of because she had so many meetings during the day
