Pros

Depending on your management you will learn a lot. There are lots of classes to take and opportunities to learn on your own. Benefits are really great. Free blood screening on your birthday.

Cons

Pretty big turnover. Always expanding, but you don't see your paychecks expanding with it. Classes are held in Lexington so if you live or work in one of the clinics on the other side of town it can be a real bummer.

Pros

The company invests back into employees. They believe in promoting from within, and help with continued growth. Benefits are competitive

Cons

Healthcare is challenging in general. State retirement is required in some position which i do not believe is fair as it should be a choice
