Pros

State Retirement. However it has now been discontinued

Cons

Atmosphere is depressing Loyalty is practically non existent Your promised the moon, but delivery is non existent Patient care is so-so Seniority standing is non existent Hired for a particular job, but later told that the job is being given to someone else, and the new employee has been reassigned to an area they did not apply. Management is all about favoritism and leadership does not exist Racism is an issue. Teamwork does not exist First year MT grad students are given seniority status over Senior Techs

Pros

Pay was fair. Benefits were fair. "Business partners" seem to really listen and provide constructive feedback.

Cons

The team leaders, managers, and director level leadership are a far cry from the representation of the LMC culture within the community that I was raised to aspire being a part of. There is a very large trickle down effect a closed unsupportive team culture where each person is not willing to help others and only carries there own agenda as a priority. Knowledge sharing in a respectful manner is non-existent. Most staff are close guarded with the knowledge and resources they have access to, as to be viewed as a sole nonexpendable source. Very cutthroat environment.
