Pros

Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

1st shift is lazy and sends things off to other shifts then complains even others don't do their work. 2nd shift is understaffed and hardly ever does their job but gets away with it because management isn't there during the shift and supervisor doesn't hold anyone responsible. 3rd shift is extremely understaffed, has a terrible supervisor, is constantly at each other's throats, and is blamed for everything the other shifts don't do (and the other shifts know this), with some people who are lazy and do the bare minimum. Do not take this job unless you are prepared to be disrespected, ignored, and blamed for everything, all while being told to do everyone else's work and not being paid near enough for it
