      Very collaborative environment in departments that deliver product.

      Silos in back office and disagreements on direction of company in senior leadership caused confusion on the front lines.

      As you know, being collaborative is a consistent goal and approach across the board. Our multiple channels for communication from the top have helped to share direction, plans, changes and "the why" so we're clear and on the same page.

      A promising GTM opportunity

      Pros

      Every single person I came across are helpful. Management understands their employees well. There is huge positive culture of growth in action. C-Levels are very data driven and cares about professional growth.

      Cons

      -Change is hard as we have embarked into a brand new GTM motion by total re-organization. -If anyone is not up for this robust challenge I would discourage them to apply here. -The existing team has been through a lot in the past in-terms of management changes and naturally the new leadership is trying to do a lot of damage control and trying to rejuvenate employee morale and growth.
