You’re right that territory alignment and realistic pipeline are critical. We recognize that recent changes across Sales created disruption, and we understand why that would be frustrating. Sales leadership has already made updates to improve territory alignment and is continuing to add enablement, training, and operational support so the team has clearer expectations, support and resources moving forward.

Pros

Working with the first responders.

Cons

No career growth for SDR’s. Expectations from Management are very high and not grounded in reality. Numerous pay cuts. I’d avoid this role for the time being. GTM is in disarray

The SDR role is demanding, and career growth, achievable expectations, and clear compensation are essential to making it a strong experience. Career paths are in place for both SDR and AE roles, but we recognize they need to feel clear, attainable, and supported day to day. While recent GTM changes have created uncertainty for some team members, base pay has not been reduced, and we continue to evaluate total compensation and development opportunities for these roles.
