We administer plans according to the documented terms and work to address questions directly when they arise. You mention a great priority of ours, listening. A few ways we like to listen that work best are in our bi-weekly Town Halls when we can submit questions via Teams during the call or just ask a question during the call, our Ask the CEO quarterly sessions that are purely driven by live Q&A, or during our quarterly eNPS or annual anonymous surveys. Our CEO also hosts small group new hire lunches designed for Q&A and mentors in the same style. Our company-wide mentoring program also offers dozens of pairs additional opportunities as well. We try to more-than-encourage communication across functions, roles and teams to keep us united.
