1)When the leadership changes happen they fire the existing loyal employees under their chain since they have control over the entire chain below them. 2)Also, the new person in leadership hire people who they worked with before joining Lexipol even though they don't have enough experience. 3) No proper road map. They make impossible goals and promise the investors.When they don't achieve they throw the employees under the bus.
