Remote work, awesome people and management, good benefits, lots of PTO and sick time.

Cons

Pay could be better. The 401(k) has a 1.5 year vesting cliff (but it used to be 3 years, so it's getting better). Not much room for growth on the content team.

To clarify, 401k eligibility begins in month #2 and matching vests equally over 3 years. This team is growing by double digits now, as are many of the teams.
