      You can make your own schedule. You can be your own boss. You can make as much money as you want.

      Cons

      After the first few months the number of records runs out and the income slows down and you make less.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedules. Campus environment is nice. Innovation is lacking in certain area as off the shelve packages are used. Customer product areas allow for more innovation, pretty cutting edge stuff in many cases.

      Cons

      Reward and Compensation. Tough to be motivated at times. To much red-tape to get things done.

      Pros

      Upper management has still extended themselves to me, after my employment has ended. I am still provided professional advice when I send emails; and it's true that they really care about their employees (@ the Bethesda location). LN gave its employees a 3 month notice prior to laying off its employees (which I felt was awesome to say the least).

      Being laid off after the acquisition
