Remote Work; Good Benefits; Low meeting environment.
Cons
Poor management/leadership. Onboarding, guidance or support is non-existent. Leadership and HR are toxic - they will try to make you quit so they will be off the hook. If you make a claim to HR or employee relations, you will be gaslit and your claims will be "unsubstantiated". They will lay you off for no reason, no warning, even if you're doing good, and will not care. My experience here resulted in anxiety/panic attacks and serious workplace PTSD. SERIOUSLY - DO NOT WORK HERE. Other parts of the LexisNexis/RELX companies are better, but DO NOT WORK at Reed Tech!!!!
