      Pros

      Socially responsible, decent pay and benefits, and I like the people I work with.

      Cons

      Quite a bit of turnover, even in higher positions. Required to work in the office a certain amount. Too many "fires".

      Pros

      Company is heading in a standard fashion with standard modernization efforts. Pretty encouraged to innovate and share ideas.

      Cons

      Legacy software and the dependency on folks who have been there forever is a common issue. Those folks are pretty nice and helpful though so not too bad.
