      Pros

      Remote work. Pretty simple work once you learn it.

      Cons

      My raise this year was 50% what I got last year. They did away with CSRs bonuses. I got an excellent review from my manager this year, and I was informed managers got a cost of living increase of over 10k. While they gave "entry level" worker a max of 4%. And cut out bonuses completely.
