      The people make this company, and there is a lot of money to be made and room for growth. Great products as well which makes it easy to sell.

      Cons

      Some internal disorganization, disparate and outdated systems make it sometimes more difficult to be efficient.

      Cons

      Acquisitions have caused unnecessary pain points. We could do a better job of integrating acquired companies so that there is 1 Lexis mentality vs several companies coming together to form a hodge podge. It doesn't make for a very good customer experience if we can't speak the same language.
