      Good place to learn but not to build. a career

      Pros

      Interesting business with interesting problems to solve. There are always new things to do, learn and improve. People are generally very nice

      Cons

      No transparency or clear goals for career progress and promotion. Promotions are frequently for management but almost inexistent for technical. Very common to see promotions based on politics, not on performance or delivery. Some ethical concerns about the behaviour of people on leadership
