Great teams but leadership lacks innovation focus

Every team I've been on has been with great people. I've been on 4 teams.

Cons

Leadership preaches innovation, company strategy and direction don't reflect. CEO is fond of in office activity and many suspect a RTO mandate. Justification for in-office preference is pathetic and does not recognize how effective our organization has been, even when fully remote during the covid years.
