      Pros

      The people here are fantastic to work with. The pay is reasonable. Very diverse company. Plenty of opportunity to move up within the company, with locations all over the U.S. and several outside the country.

      Cons

      The pay is reasonable - wish it was slightly higher. Very little GUI based work, since it is all data driven you typically work with text based outputs only.

      Work environment. Benefit packages. Vacation time. Learning Opportunities. Tuition Reimbursement.

      Cons

      Slow to salary increase or promote from within. Advancement is based on tenure...not on merit. I was given a job's responsibilities without the official title or the official salary. (Team lead and trainer.)

      Pros

      Great vacation time and good benefits. Lots of little perks if you are in the office headquarters.

      Cons

      Promotions are few and far between for non-managers. There are many barriers to break through here, with no clear path to success unless you are fortunate enough to know someone with inside information on how to advance. Compensation is below market for many positions.
