      Toxic inexperienced Channel Managers, no real training, not progressive, outdated systems, you have alot of employees Set in their ways and not subject to change, leadership promote unqualified Managers.. you will lose your transferable skills because they are not progressive.

      For starters, I work with the best team! But as a whole the company is great with work/life balance and the benefits are above average in my opinion.

      Cons

      More Volunteer time off would be great! Though, they do offer 2 days!
