Toxic Culture. Poor Leadership. Some good people

Pros

You will have plenty of opportunities to shine in the organization, you just got to rise to the occasion. The CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions really wants to make a positive difference & create an inclusive culture. However, the leaders under the CEO do not always carry the same message or fervor to their teams.

Cons

Toxic work culture. Senior leadership overlooks inappropriate behavior in favor of prioritizing work performance. Inclusion is just a buzz word and not practiced. Even after providing thorough documentation and evidence to senior leadership on bad behaviors in the organization, nothing is done. Mental health is impacted.

Solid company with ambition

Pros

People are key to the business and they invest heavily in them. This translates into a happy and productive group of people looking to do their best work and to genuinely push the company forward. No big ego's, no 'just do it' attitude, no rush to deadline etc. Its very customer and people centric.

Cons

Like many organisations of its size and complexity - particularly in the world of data and B2B, there's a lot of bureaucracy to navigate to get things released. This is inevitable and not a downside as such, but this is definitely no fintech start up. Pay isn't as high as other opportunities but they are clear on how they benchmark their compensation against peers and its certainly not terrible.
