Sr. Leadership states in meetings that they value culture more than pay, and if you don't like your pay then leave. Someone on the meeting asked "what are you going to do when your culture leaves?" and they deleted his comment lol They give employee surveys and never deal with any of the issues the employees bring up. In fact, one of the questions on the survey is "do you feel like anything has been done to fix the issues" and the answer is always NO. Technology is smoke and mirrors. The amount of band-aid going on is unreal. Sr. Leadership support is non-existent. No cohesive vision. Zero ability to move up.
