Pros
Good work/life balance. Flexible work environment, 100% remote since the start of pandemic. The same position can vary across the team, depending on an individual's strengths. Managers and analysts complement each other well.
Cons
No upward career path or longterm development plan. The business is always doing well, but they consistently pay employees less than industry standard. Annual raises and bonuses are less than inflation, about 1%/year, so the longer you stay the more you lose. On rare occasion a salary is increased in job postings, and then new employees are paid more than experienced employees in same position.
