      Pros

      Many company functions and flexible work hours. I was able to work from home during the pandemic allowing for a great work and life balance.

      Cons

      Wage can be rather stagnant. A lot of the time we are given busy work. The wages that you get either reflect the job description that you are overqualified for, or you are qualified for the job and the wages to do not reflect that.
