      Pros

      Like most places, a huge part of your job satisfaction at LexisNexis will depend on who you report to and what group you're in. It's a fully matrixed organization, which can be challenging with conflicting and/or unclear priorities for different groups. There are some very smart people working at LexisNexis and they do a reasonable job giving proper incentives to retain that talent.

      Cons

      There are plenty of people working at LexisNexis doing just enough not to get fired, and that can be demoralizing for those who are willing to put in the extra work.

      Cons

      Many silos; very narrow focus that broadens only by adding vertical markets , arcane technology platform; limited consulting expertise in their own domain (data). Not very agile
