Pros
PTO is generous. Get paid every two weeks.
Cons
Work on remote team on customer site. Have to drive 45 miles one way to get there. Hardly on the radar as far as corporate is concerned. No career advancement opportunity seeing we are in KY on a very small team. The 'office' is sub par with no heat or A/C on customer site and tiny. We are crammed in like sardines. No place to eat lunch or take a break except at your desk, no escape from work. Pay is also below standard considering what we have to do. Insurance doesn't cover anything, pretty much useless.
