      Pros

      Compensation above average for area. Lots of work to be be done.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted. You best come in at the title that you're targeting rather than think you can prove yourself and get promoted shortly afterwards.

      Most departments have a flexible Schedule. Located in Dayton has an easy commute, head quartered in Dayton lends itself to many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Different departments function as a silo, not much unified strategies across entire organization, can cause confusion for customers and new hires. Overall a good place to work.
