      A really horrible place to work, management does not have a clue, outdated technology, bad data sources, Insurance CEO and VP Sales are very arrogant, do not inspire the troops, poor sales compensation plan, no support for sales efforts

      Pros

      Great benefits. Excellent 401k matching and 23 paid vacation days. Great employee engagement with lunch and employee activities. Great place to start a career plan.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth in management. Lack of critical thinking, and out of the box thinking.
