      Pros

      Managers are flexible with our schedules and PTO. You have a lot of options for health insurance that are affordable for a single individual. 401k match is 5% but used to be better. WFH is optional through mid 2021, but they push out the end date every few months, it would not surprise me if our WFH arrangement was permanent.

      Cons

      There are a lot of office politics.

      Really nice culture created in the office. Lots of annual leave Good health insurance plan
