      Pros

      The company is great and the work life balance is wonderful. I've enjoyed most people I work with.

      Cons

      Promotions take too long to come. Only a few promotions per departments are allowed per quarter. There could be 200 people waiting for promotions but they only allow 5-10. Benefits are going downhill. Used to get 9% 401k match. Then it was 8%. Now it's 7% and going down to 6% next year. That's a lot of money lost in the long run.
