Pros

- working remotely - work life balance

Cons

At the time I was there you I saw racism, people being made fun of for their looks, bullying, etc. specially in their central London offices. There is no serious emphasis or attempt on the respectful work environment. Some not so good individuals that I know of have raised to become managers in the company. If you are perceived as competent, your bad behaviours are overlooked even when you are only in your probation period. It's a shady business, promotions would amaze you, I know many brown people ended up leaving, they just replace them to keep up with what ever quota.

Pros

You're working in a large corporate environment. You will struggle to get fired.

Cons

The large corporate political landscape. It's difficult to get anything done; if you are someone who likes to effect change. This place isn't for you. They pay lip service to diversity and inclusion. The SLT in my division was predominantly white and male. Their HR and payroll processes are useless; I was on a 3 month notice period and they - Failed to pay me the correct amount (overpaid by an extra month!). - Asked for the money back in a heavy handed fashion via email, threatening debt collection when they were the ones that made a mistake.
