      good work life balance good teams extra activities good exposure to technology good support from cross functional department

      Cons

      Long working hours due to dependency on US teams. But this is my personal experience and may vary teams to teams.And also it is very rare not on daily basis

      Makes you realise that your previous workplaces were not that bad and any other job you'll do next will be better

      Cons

      Micromanaging at its finest. No trust in employees even when you give 100% and reach/exceed your quality targets every month. Analysing every little mistake you make and making you lose your worth and confidence day by day. I was so brainwashed that I was spending my lunchtime crying over how useless I felt. Didn't get a bonus I worked for for over a year because I left a few days before it was paid.

      Pros

      It’s a very valuable proposition they offer to their clients and you have a great deal of exposure to various industries and engagements as well as travel occasionally.

      Cons

      The work is intense and the pace is fast but this isn’t a con for everyone.
