Pros
The company hires without any discrimination. If you are qualify to do the work, you will get a chance. I had many intelligent friends that work for less then three months and left for better companies. Very sad. Projects and deadlines are so tight, due to the lack of organization and flow , that every project is HOT.
Cons
Salaries and benefits are below federal and state averages. The office I worked was so old. The smell of mildew lingered throughout the whole office. The office was also above capacity, so bathrooms and parking were way below what is necessary to run a smooth business. Many colleagues work from home.
