      Pros

      Laid back environment. Free lunch with cake once a months for birthdays. Free cocktails after quarterly meetings.

      Cons

      Sometimes higher up managers don't listen to their employees. Or we feel we're not being heard.

      Pros

      Valuable product/service for clients background screening programs. Dedicated front line staff and management. Work environment was fun and friendly. It just wasn't enough.

      Cons

      Values bottom line and metrics rather than client satisfaction. Wanted to be gold standard in client service but was bronze.

      Solid benefits package. The HR services are decent, although you can never find an actual HR contact with whom to speak or ask questions. It's a revolving door.

      Cons

      Botched reorganization. No planning. It's a 'change it now--fix it later' mentality.
