      Pros

      Super flexible work hours. Plenty of opportunities to take initiative and learn new things. Management does not micromanage, but is very supportive. Everyone has a very willing attitude. Work flows smoothly.

      Cons

      Everyone is very kind, but socially the office is awkward and most people avoid personal interaction. Even as an introvert, in a position that doesn't require constant collaboration, I'm starved for human contact by the end of the day.
