      Lots of spirit and drive from most everybody.

      Sometimes you can get so wrapped up in driving solutions to market that you may lose your work/life balance just a little.

      Generous PTO and company holidays. Company values its employees and gives back to the community. Casual dress code.

      The Duluth office is in desperate need of renovations. Not a professional atmosphere, which for some could be a pro or a con.
