1. Semi Flexible hours 2. Allow the use of Gym onsite.
Cons
a. Management has no clue what they are doing. b. Micro Managed to the point where they seem to time you even when your going to the bathroom c. Mostly non american workers who place other non american workers ahead of more qualified people. d. no chance of growth unless you are a part of the above group. e. management Very manipulative F. Very political environment with no groups really working together for the good of the company, it's just for the good of the project
