      Pros

      Never dull, always busy. Consistently interacted with varied technologies, and relatively cutting edge developments. Opportunities for advancement abound as well as the chance to rub elbows with significantly influential individuals.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and support for new initiatives make it difficult to gain traction on new projects. Opportunities, while vast, appear to be very political in being awarded. Annual merit increases are rarely significant, generally 2-5% year over year.

      Pros

      Company is very flexible and does a lot to show appreciation to their employees. Lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      The pay could be more. I'd guess that 90% of the employees have to commute at least 25 miles (which takes most at least an hour in traffic) because the pay is not enough to allow them to live in the area.
