      Pros

      Free Keurig coffee. Nice co-workers.

      Cons

      This division of LexisNexis can't get a product out the door. Upper management is located "elsewhere" and drops in for a day or two every week or two -- management by helicopter. The products no sooner get close to release when the execs decide to literally change EVERYTHING and can the current efforts. On top of all that they brought in a ton of H1B Indian (foreign) contractors to work on one of the new products.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Excellent 401k matching and 23 paid vacation days. Great employee engagement with lunch and employee activities. Great place to start a career plan.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth in management. Lack of critical thinking, and out of the box thinking.
