      Pros

      Supportive team and leader with various project going on. Very flexible working hour.

      Cons

      Not very technical savvy. If you are looking for new method and thinking about learning techniques this is not a good place to stay.

      100% 401K match up to 5% of salary. Average vacation days.

      Cons

      may be a little better heal plan needed and also better bonus structure

      Pros

      They have a decent PTO package and you can work from home sometimes.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems run by antiquated people. Phrases like "Tried and true" and "I'm old school" are abundant in the engineer and development side. Constantly string employees along with "keep going and we'll make it worth it" but nothing happens. Management is very secretive with any future planning. If you start low, you will remain low. You'll get "promoted" but you'll continue to have old your old responsibilities as well a a heap of new ones.
