      It is a pay check.

      Nothing but a headache at the KOP OFFICE. You have a bipolar manager who brings her personal issues with her into the office. The atmosphere is like your back in high school which is sad because your in a small office setting. Very unorganized and there is no communication between management and employees. Half the time the supervisor don't know the answer to your questions cause he is even afraid to stay something to the manager. The traffic rate is crazy. Nobody stays there for long. If the manager stops liking you... YOUR OUT. No advancement opportunities at all. Good luck with this office. You'll need it.

      Great benefits and they get better as you put in my years with the company. Culture can be relaxed when everything is going right.

      Cons

      Being in technology they "eat their own dog food" but sometimes they force it where it doesn't belong.
