      Professional environment; work from home; focused business (data and data services). Project management friendly

      Cons

      Many silos; very narrow focus that broadens only by adding vertical markets , arcane technology platform; limited consulting expertise in their own domain (data). Not very agile

      Very matrixed. Good pay but integrity is lacking. Sr mgt not visible.

      Comp is good and competes to reward. Recognition is good. Spend on annual conf is like a rock concert. Over the top

      Cons

      Accountability is tough with stakeholders as its a complex org. Innovation is broken promises. Misses on new biz dev. Tough culture.

      1. Opportunities to move to Reed Elsevier (parent company) 2. Some good technology in use 3. Good amount of paid time off and holidays

      Cons

      1. Total lack of coherent product development 2. Upper management clueless about how to bring products to market 3. Politically motivated CYA environment--management fails in their job and then looks for who to blame 4. Crap benefits with extremely high deductibles and copays 5. Too much work for too few people 6. People in jobs for which they are unqualified
