Needless red tape. Constant squabbling as to what responsibility is whose and teams upon teams of people who have to have a say on everything but achieving very little. Too many chefs and a lack of real direction and strategy as to where the business should be going and what we should be doing. Nobody is empowered to make their own decisions and, therefore, productivity is very low. Very hierarchical.
