      Pros

      I have been with the company for 10 years and believe in the solutions and many of the people. It's an organization with a great culture that really makes a difference.

      Cons

      Hopefully the new person will get control of the senior leadership that spends more time spinning a story and building presentations than meeting with customers, building products and creating a vision. The previous CEO was extremely political and played favorites and really did not focus on performance. I work in the screening group and the morale is low and the team does not trust the current leadership.
