      Work Life balance is the biggest Pro I would list for this company, regarding the amount of work you want to pick up or the direction you want to grow in. The team and upper management is really supportive and helpful in terms of the workload and reaching out regularly about your personal goals and future growth

      The compensation and benefits might not be at par with what you can get in some other big tech
