Pros

Challenging work, positive culture, employees are respected and valued for their contributions, there are a lot of great people in management, accepting of LGBTQ people

Cons

Average pay, convoluted and redundant documentation procedures decrease the amount of time one can be productive, some office equipment is antiquated

Pros

Good connection with immediate managers, fairly stable company, generally good coworkers. A lot of lateral mobility if you want to try something else. Teams often work together on extra projects and promote a good community.

Cons

Upper management does not seem to be aware of what is needed to actually perform our jobs. Computer systems are poorly designed and buggy making an otherwise easy job difficult. No real response from upper management when suggestions are made. Company has been outsourcing positions (that they probably ought not to) to the Philippines. Also 30 minute lunch breaks.

Pros

Conditions are comfortable, the work is easy, for the most part people are very pleasant, and from time to time an interesting project pops up.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for advancement, middle-management is poor, and there are a few unproductive employees who just can't get fired. There is a huge amount of bureaucracy that slows everything down.
